SpletLike his parents, Scott was active in Tulsa and the Tulsa Jewish community and his passing is a loss to the family and to Tulsa. Jack Zarrow died. at 86 in February 2012. Maxine and Jack created their own family foundation and played a leading role in the formation of The Tulsa Jewish Retirement and Health Care Center located at 71st and Lewis. SpletHenry’s brother, Jack, and his wife, Maxine, founded the Maxine and Jack Zarrow Family Foundation, and the two families together established the Zarrow Families Foundation. The Zarrows’ legacy in Tulsa goes back to the city’s early days. Sam and Rose Zarrow, both Russian immigrants, moved to Tulsa around 1916.
