WebSep 22, 2024 · update: figured out the issue with the grille shutter. There was a corroded wire. Subaru will not repair the wire but instead recommend replacing the entire bill head harness which is a $1700+ job. I was able to repair the wire myself in about 5 mins once the bumper was off. The break was about 6 inches from the connector.
