Webenterprise Army onboarding and acculturation program. The Civilian Human Resources Agency’s subordinate organization, ACCMA, assumed this responsibility. A concept plan was developed and approved, with an Oct. 1, 2024 implementation date. One feature of the program is a public-facing onboarding and acculturation website.
